1 burpee, 1 lateral jump, 1 press up, 1 kneeling gundrill
2 burpee, 2 lateral jump, 2 press up, 2 kneeling gundrill

10 burpee, 10 lateral jump, 10 press up, 10 kneeling gundrill

Part 2

Sprint hill forwards, jog down
Sprint hill backwards, jog down
Lunge walk up hill, jog down
Sprint hill forwards, jog down
Sprint hill backwards, jog down
Lunge walk up hill, jog down
Sprint hill forwards, jog down
Sprint hill backwards, jog down
Lunge walk up hill, jog down

25 burpee pullups
25 burpee clean & press
25 med ball burpees
25 burpees

 

August 2007 - "Un-BEAR-able"

Choose a hill at least 50 paces in length and a reasonable incline. Then perform the following routine:

Bear Crawl uphill
10 Press Ups
Jog back to start

Repeat as many times as possible in 20 minutes

Favourite Workouts

To start the ball rolling, here are a few of our favourite routines from Ross Enamait:

 

"Magic 50"

5 Dumbbell Snatches Per Arm
5 Dumbbell Swings Per Arm
10 Burpees

Rest 60 seconds and repeat 5 times

10 Burpees
10 Chinnies
10 Squats
10 Pushups

No rest between exercises, rest as needed between circuits, as many circuits as you can in 20 minutes.
